Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order date.
To arrange a return, please email hello@glideshapewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility
Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition

With all tags attached

In a resellable condition
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Refund Options
Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose one of the following:

Size exchange (subject to availability)

Full refund to your original payment method
Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned items have been approved.
Additional Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Glide Shapewear is not responsible for items lost in transit.
